EUGENE VEGANFEST SPONSOR INFO & OPTIONS

If you’d like to apply to be a vendor or sponsor please fill out the application below. If you have problems with anything on this page or have any other questions, please email: hope@compassionate-living.org. If you want to do it old school, we can send you a Word Document.

Indoor General Package – $175 
Includes the following:

• One space for a table and chairs. You bring the table/chairs
• Your name/logo and link listed on the Vendor Page of our website
• Note: These spaces do not have electricity or a wall behind for hanging banners/signs

Indoor Corner Package – $200 
Includes the following:

• One space on the corner of a row for a table and chairs. You will have two front facing sides on a corner facing attendees for more engagement. LIMITED AVAILABILITY. You bring the table/chairs
• Your name/logo and link listed on the Vendor Page of our website
• Note: These spaces do not have electricity or a wall behind for hanging banners/signs

Gold Carrot Package – $250
Includes the following:

• One space, we provide you with an 8-foot table and two chairs.
• These spaces are against a wall for signage/banner hanging
• These spaces have access to electricity
• Your name/logo and link listed on the Vendor Page of our website

PLEASE NOTE: Indoor vendor spaces are not neccesary 10 x 10 foot. Some may be, but others may be slightly smaller or larger. But they are genearlly around 10 x 10 foot. 

VENDORS serving hot meals/plates of food/drinks – $350
Includes the following:

• Outdoor Food Court: Space for your vehicle or 10 by 10 foot booth space. Larger spaces are possible, let us know if you need more space. You provide the vehicle or 10 x 10 pop-up, and/or table/chairs
• Access to electricity, this is limited, please talk to Hope
• Your name and link listed on the Vendor page of our website

Please note that we are willing to work with some vendors if these packages are a financial challenge. Please email: hope@compassionate-living.org for a custom package to meet your needs.

All vendor and sponsor fees are a donation to Compassionate Living, a 501c3 nonprofit organization, and are tax deductible.
